ARKIA.APP ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses our service. This policy explains how we handle your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD).

We collect the following categories of data, strictly needed to operate the service:

• Identity & account — name, first name, email (via Clerk).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system.
• Usage — prompts you type and images you generate, to render your history inside the app.
• Payment — transaction metadata (processed securely by our payment providers).

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Deliver the AI image-generation tools.
• Manage your credits and subscription.
• Provide technical support.
• Improve our models (through fully anonymized data only).

We never sell your data. It is shared only with the essential subprocessors needed to run the service:

• Clerk — authentication.
• Supabase — database and image storage.
• Polar.sh / Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Cloud / Gemini — AI models.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights at any time by emailing help@arkia.app or from your account settings.

We only drop analytics cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog) once you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Essential cookies (authentication, session, security) are always active because Arkia cannot run without them. You can review or change your choice at any time:
