3.1 Image generation

ARKIA.APP lets you generate architectural imagery via AI models. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and for respecting the rights of third parties when importing reference images.

3.2 Ownership of outputs

Subject to full payment, you own the images generated through ARKIA.APP for your personal or professional use. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual license to host, store, and display that content solely for the technical operation of the Service.

04

Sale conditions

4.1 Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). ARKIA.APP reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Credits purchased are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.

4.2 Refund policy

Important: due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate consumption of server resources, you expressly agree that performance begins right after purchase. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

ARKIA.APP does not guarantee that AI-generated results will perfectly match your expectations or real-world architectural standards. The Service is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for any design decision or error resulting from the use of our outputs.
