Yes, and it's recurring. Every new account starts with 200 bonus credits, then receives 75 free credits every Monday for as long as the account is open. Credits are fungible across models — 5 NanoBanana Flash previews, 2 NanoBanana Pro renders, or a single 4K hero shot. No card, no trial clock, no expiration. Explorer at $15/mo adds 2,000 credits on top.
Each generation consumes credits based on the model and output resolution. A 2K template render costs a few cents of credit; a 4K Canvas pass with cinematic mode costs more. Per-image cost depends on your tier — Creator generations cost about 20% less than Explorer, Studio about 36% less. Video is billed per second of clip, at the level you pick.
Generations keep working. Once your monthly credits are spent, extra usage is billed pay-as-you-go at your tier's rate and added to your next invoice — no card update, no support ticket, no manager approval when a deadline is the next day. You stay in control: set your own overage cap in your wallet, up to $34 a month on Explorer and $100 on Creator. Studio has no ceiling, and you can still set a cap of your own.
Credits never expire. Whatever you haven't spent rolls over month after month. If a quiet stretch leaves you with a large balance, downgrade to a lighter plan — you keep full access to everything you have already earned. Even if you cancel entirely, your balance is frozen rather than lost.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your accumulated credits move with you, and they are frozen if you cancel. Cancellations are done from your account at any moment — no call, no form.
The platform access fee is the right to keep using the service and to keep and use the credits you have already accumulated. It also sets your generation rate: the bigger the access fee, the cheaper each credit converts into an image, down to −36% on Studio.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country and professional status. EU businesses with a valid VAT number benefit from reverse charge.
No. Payments are non-refundable and a started period is due. You can cancel anytime: the current period runs out without renewal and you keep access until its end.
The Studio tier covers teams up to an agency scale: an organization with unlimited seats, invite-only membership, a shared team wallet with per-member spending caps, and centralized billing. For larger needs (custom volume, dedicated support, procurement), contact hello@arkia.app.
