How do credits work?

Each generation consumes credits based on the model and output resolution. A 2K template render costs a few cents of credit; a 4K Canvas pass with cinematic mode costs more. Per-image cost depends on your tier — Creator generations cost about 20% less than Explorer, Studio about 36% less.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?

Your account doesn't freeze. Once your monthly credits are spent, generations keep working — extra usage is billed at your tier's per-image rate and added to your next invoice. No card update, no support ticket, no manager approval needed when a deadline is the next day. Want a hard ceiling instead? Downgrade or pause — your existing credits stay usable.

What happens to unused credits?

Credits never expire. Whatever you haven't spent rolls over month after month. If a quiet stretch leaves you with a large balance, downgrade to a lighter plan — you keep full access to everything you have already earned. Even if you cancel entirely, your balance is frozen rather than lost.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your accumulated credits move with you, and they are frozen if you cancel. Cancellations are done from your account at any moment — no call, no form.

What is included in the platform access fee?

The platform access fee is the right to keep using the service and to keep and use the credits you have already accumulated. It also sets your generation rate: the bigger the access fee, the cheaper each credit converts into an image, down to −36% on Studio.

Is VAT included in the price?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country and professional status. EU businesses with a valid VAT number benefit from reverse charge.

Do you offer refunds?

If something breaks or the service does not meet what was promised on this page, contact us within 14 days of your first charge — we will refund the unused portion. Beyond that, cancel anytime and the current period runs out without renewal.
