General
What is ARKIA?
ARKIA is an AI workspace for architectural visualization. It turns 3D views, sketches, plans and photos into photorealistic images and short videos.
What are the ways to work?
- Templates: ready-made transformations, picked in the prompt bar or in a Template node. See the Templates guide.
- Canvas: generate from a prompt and your images, then open any result to edit it. See the Canvas guide.
- Nodes: connect steps into a reusable workflow. See the Nodes guide.
Which image models can I use?
Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana Flash (Google) on every plan, and GPT Image 2.5 (OpenAI) on paid plans. See Choosing a model.
Which image formats are supported?
PNG, JPEG and WebP.
Is there a dark mode?
Yes. ARKIA has a light and a dark theme. It follows your system setting until you pick one with the theme button in the header; your choice is then remembered on that browser.
Projects and scenes
What is a project?
A project groups the images and the node graph of one piece of work. Pick or create a project from the header. New images land in the project you have open.
What is a scene?
A scene is a second level of sorting inside a project, typically one point of view (street view, courtyard, living room). New images land in the scene you have open, and in Nodes each scene has its own graph. You can also leave images unsorted.
Can I share a project?
On the Studio plan, you can invite as many collaborators as you need to a project. In an organization, see Organizations.
Credits and payment
How do credits work?
Each generation costs credits, based on the model, the resolution, the options and your plan. The cost is shown before you generate. See the credits guide.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: 200 credits at signup, then 75 free credits every Monday. No card needed.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits roll over from month to month.
How do I get more credits?
Click your credit balance in the header, then See plans to subscribe or move to a bigger plan. On a paid plan, turn on Pay-as-you-go in the wallet to keep generating once your monthly credits run out; it is billed at the end of the period, up to the ceiling you set.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay, processed securely by Polar.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. A bigger plan takes effect immediately; a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period. See Changing or canceling your plan.
Generation
Why is my result blurry?
Use a sharper source image, or generate at 2K or 4K. You can also upscale a result: open it and click Upscale (see Free or Quick).
How do I get a variation of a result?
Use Vary on the image: it reloads the same prompt and settings with a new seed. To reproduce a result exactly, reuse its settings with the same seed (GPT Image 2.5 has no seed).
How long does a generation take?
Usually 15 seconds to a minute. 4K images and GPT Image 2.5 at high quality take longer.
Can ARKIA make videos?
Yes. Open an image and choose Animate, or use a Video node. There are three levels, Draft, Standard and Final; the free plan has Draft. See Video costs.
Editing an image
How do I change only one area?
Open the image in the viewer and pick Select. Paint over the area, describe the change, and send. Only the selected area changes.
How do I remove something?
Open the image and pick Erase. Brush over the object and send: it is removed and the background is filled in.
What other edits can I make?
In the viewer: Edit (describe a change to the whole image), Annotate (draw on the image to show what to change), Comment (pin numbered notes), Remove background (1 credit), Resize (extend the image to another format) and Upscale (Free or Quick). Each edit is kept in the image's history, next to its original.
What's the difference between Free and Quick upscale?
- Free enlarges ×2 in your browser, on your own graphics card. No credits, a few seconds.
- Quick is a faithful upscale in the cloud, up to 4K, in about 20 seconds, from 2 credits.
Quick sets the factor for you, up to 4K. You'll find it in the viewer, in an Upscale node, in the Upscale to 4K template and on any template's result. Prices are in Credits and Plans.
How do I undo?
Press Ctrl + Z (⌘ + Z on a Mac) while drawing. An edit never replaces its original: you can always go back to it in the image's history.
Nodes
How do I connect two nodes?
Drag from the output port on the right of a node to an input port on the left of another.
How do I add a node?
Right-click the graph, or press A, and pick a node. I adds an Image node, P a Prompt, N a Generate node.
Is my workflow saved?
Yes, automatically. Each scene of a project has its own graph.
Organizations
How do credits work in an organization?
Members generate on their team's wallet, not on personal credits. An admin can set a monthly limit for each member and each team. Your balance in the header shows your usage; clicking it opens the organization page. See Credits in an organization.
How do I join an organization?
An admin of the organization invites you by email. Accept the invitation to join your team.
Getting started
What is Getting started?
On your first login you choose where to start (your image, a template or Nodes) and a short guided tour walks you through it. The ? button in the header keeps your progress over four steps: create your account, render your first image, edit an image, run a template. Building a graph in Nodes is an optional advanced step.
Can I replay a tour?
Yes: ? → Getting started, then Show me or Replay on any step.
