Templates Guide
A template turns a source image into a finished result in a few clicks. Pick one, add the images it asks for, set one or two options and generate. Each template carries a prompt and settings tuned for one job, so you don't have to write anything.
The catalog has six categories: Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape, Real Estate, Technical and Urban Planning. The list below is generated from the app itself, so it always matches the catalog you see.

Using a template
In Canvas
- Open Templates in the prompt bar.
- Search, or browse by category, and pick a template. Its form takes the place of the text field.
- Add the images it asks for: drop a file, paste an image, or take one from your gallery. Images marked optional can be left empty.
- Set its options (time of day, season, style, and so on).
- Each template picks its own model and starts at 2K. Check the resolution and the cost shown on Generate, then click it (or press Ctrl + Enter, ⌘ + Enter on a Mac).
- The result lands in your gallery, in the project and scene you have open.
In Nodes
- Add a Template node: right-click the graph, or press A to open the add menu.
- Pick a template in the node's browser.
- Fill each image slot: connect an Image node to it, or choose an image from the slot.
- Set the options, then run the node (Ctrl + Enter).
Running a template in Nodes lets you chain it with other steps, for example Empty the Room then Virtual Home Staging, then Upscale. See the Nodes guide.
Upscale a result
Every template result can be upscaled:
- Templates page: in the result window, Upscale sits next to Download.
- Canvas: open the result in the viewer and click Upscale.
- Nodes: click Upscale on the Template node's result to add a wired Upscale node.
Pick Free 2× (on your graphics card, no credits) or Quick (faithful, about 20 s, from 2 credits, up to 4K). See Upscale.
To upscale an image of your own, use the Upscale to 4K template (Interior Design): drop the image in, check the output size and the cost, and run. It uses Quick: faithful to the original, ready in about 20 seconds, with no prompt to write.
Template settings
Each template only shows the settings it needs. The list above gives every template's options and their defaults.
Time of day
Lighting Change uses a sun slider with 9 states, from before sunrise to full night:
| State | Light |
|---|---|
| Dawn | Diffuse, pale light before sunrise |
| Sunrise | The sun crosses the horizon, pink and orange hues |
| Mid-morning | Clear light rising toward the zenith |
| Zenith | Sun at its highest, white light, hard shadows |
| Early afternoon | Still bright, starting to warm up |
| Golden hour | Low, golden and soft |
| Twilight | The sun sets, the sky burns and dims |
| Blue hour | Between day and night, the sky turns deep blue |
| Deep night | Full darkness |
The geometry of your image stays as it is; only the light changes.
Season
Season Change uses a season wheel: Winter, Spring, Summer or Autumn. Vegetation, ground and mood follow the season (snow in winter, warm leaves in autumn).
Crowd density
Populate the Scene uses a density slider, from a single figure to a busy square: Solo, Pair, Small group, Crowd. People are scaled to the perspective and lit by the same sun as the scene.
Weather
Weather Conditions offers Rain, Fog, Overcast and Sunny. Overcast is the default: a soft, even light that suits most facades.
Lists and free text
Many templates offer a list of choices (architectural style, decor style, construction stage, green roof type…). A few also take a short free-text field, such as the detail to focus on in Detail Shot or the brief in Virtual Renovation. Keep free text short and concrete: one element, one change.
Featured templates
Five templates are featured. They are shown first as examples when a project is empty, and they are the best place to start:
- Photoreal (Architecture): turns a raw 3D viewport into a magazine-grade architectural photograph. The geometry stays locked.
- Empty the Room (Interior Design): removes all the furniture from a room photo.
- Virtual Home Staging (Interior Design): furnishes an empty room in the decor style of your choice (Scandinavian, Japandi, Mid-Century…), or in your own style from a reference image (My Style).
- Photo Enhance (Real Estate): one-click correction of brightness, perspective and white balance for a smartphone photo.
- Google Maps to Drone Photo (Urban Planning): turns a Google Maps capture into a realistic drone-style aerial view. Add the city and country to help it read the context.
Accessibility Upgrade
Accessibility Upgrade (Technical) shows how a building entrance could look with step-free access. Start from a photo of the entrance and choose the access type:
- Ramp: an access ramp added to the entrance;
- Exterior lift: an external lift added to the entrance.
The result is a design visualization to discuss options with a client, a board or neighbors. It is not a technical study.
Tips
For the best results
- Source quality: use a sharp, well-lit image, ideally 1024 px or more on the short side.
- Framing: avoid extreme wide angles; a natural eye-level or drone view works best.
- The right input: each template names the image it expects (3D view, photo, elevation drawing, floor plan). Giving it that kind of image matters more than anything else.
- Iterate cheaply: test at 1K, then generate the image you keep at 2K or 4K. Vary reruns the same settings with a new seed.
- Fix, don't regenerate: if one area is wrong, open the image and edit only that area. See the Canvas guide.
